OVF Alliance is currently hiring soccer coaches to round out our staff for all age groups from U8-U19. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing club with a unique methodology, focused on developing players using a vertically aligned and integrated club model.
Minimum Qualifications- USSF 'Grassroots' License & desire to obtain USSF 'D' License within next two years*- Belief in holistic player development model & club-first focus
Preferred - Previous coaching experience- High-level playing experience (collegiate or professional)
*Exemptions to initial licensing requirement made for coaches with high-level playing experience (collegiate or professional)***Must be able to pass an OYSA background check and work legally in the United States.***
